Refund policy

At Cakery Suppliers, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition
  • Items are returned in their original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Food products (including Mithai, baked goods, fillings, flavours, sugars, etc.)
  • Opened edible items
  • Used cake tools or accessories
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard returns process.
